Hi Mary,
I am trying to find an Elizabeth Gibbens, who is working on the Gibbens Family History in Louisiana, it is my understanding that her great grandmother was Marie (Moore) Gibbens who is a descendent of Rezin Bowie. I was wondering if you are related to Elizabeth Gibbens or any other Gibbens down in Louisiana.
My fathers cousin Lillian Lawrence was married to Henry Howell Gibbens of Harahan, Louisiana. Henry Howell Gibbens is related to Elizabeth, and I have been trying to get in contact with her!
I know that this is a rather round-a-bout way of making contact with Elizabeth and I apologize for that. But if you know how I could contact Elizabeth Gibbens, I would be very greatful!
