I found the following information about Acts of the Mississippi Legislature:
To authorize Beverly R. Grayson, guardian of Allen BOWIE, to sell all interest which John F., Montfort, Allen, and Frederick BOWIE, minor heirs of the late John F. BOWIE, hve in right of their deceased mother, in and to 787 acres of land in Adams County, bounded by lands of White TURPIN, Samuel MONTGOMERY, Philip HOGGETT and others, for the benefit of said heirs. 7th sess.; Jan 1824, p. 51
