Barbara,

It's really confusing - I still can't sort them out positively. The name was also spelled BOREMAN and there were Boardman, Boreman, Bourman, Burman, Bowerman families in Barnstable, Falmouth, Ipswich, Lynn (Saugus), Duxbury, Middleborough, Sandwich & Yarmouth (this is almost definitely yours), supposedly Plymouth briefly and also Rhode Island and Connecticut and Savage got them a bit jumbled! There are quite a few references in the Plymouth Colony records but make up a chart with dates and towns to keep them sorted...
