From A. L. Bowerman's book, A Bowerman Family History, Gateway, Baltimore, MD, 1998, p. 158-160: Emerson b. 13 Jan 1820 Wellington, Prince Edward Co., Ontario. It does not mention his spouse(s). (Her source is Mary Young's "Desc. of Josiah Bull, jr. of Dutchess County, NY and His Ancestry," Gateway, Baltimore, MD 1992. You may find more data on Emerson and his family in Mary's book. She lives in Sonoma county, CA. You can find her number on The Ultimates web site.)
Just for the record, Emerson's siblings were named

Sarah Ann, b. 17 Jan 1823
Zuleima [sic], b 19 Feb 1825; according to same source her name is spelled Zulema p. 159 as taken from the Bible Record of Stephen and Phebe (Garratt) [sic] Bowerman
Wilfred, b. 14 Jan 1827, d.y.
Byron, b 15 Oct 1834
Milton, b 14 Apr 1837
Thomas Henry, b. 16 Feb 1841
Perhaps some of these names appear in Emerson and Fannie's family group record as well.
