Blanche Wallace was born in Athol Township, Prince Edward County, Ontario, daughter of John and Margaret Wallace.
Margaret a widow, and her daughter Jane lived next to Gideon in the 1881, 1891 and 1901 censuses. Gideon remarried and had a daughter after Sara Jane Cornell died in 1898.
Gideon born October 7 1837 died March 13 1921 and was buried March 18 1921 in the Friends Cemetery, East Bloomfield.
