Could this be your John H. Bowerman?
I have a John Bowerman, brother of Goldie Juanita Bowerman Dennis and son of Goldie Baltenburger and Elmer Bowerman, who was born in Indiana and lived in Cincinnati, Ohio, in September 1959. This John is my husband's uncle. We know Goldie Juanita Bowerman Dennis was born in 1915 in Speed or Indianapolis, Ind. Her brother John of Ohio is mentioned in her 1959 obituary. She died in Macomb, McDonough Co., Ill. She married Wayne Matthew Dennis in Speed, Ind., in 1932 or 1933. Her obituary also mentions three sisters: Mrs. Louis Geiger of Pit Cairn, Pa.; Mrs. Lee Hamlin of Hamilton, Ohio; and Mrs. George Parks of Dayton, Ky. We think Mrs. Lee Hamlin of Ohio is Pauline Bowerman Hamlin. We can't recall the names of the other two sisters. Do any of these people sound familiar?
