I was curious, not related, so I looked. Jarius is a REALLY odd name. I'll bet he got recorded as "Jarvis" a lot.
In 1920 they are in Pittsburgh Ward 4, Allegheny, Pennsylvania;
Roll T625_1519, Page 3A, Enumeration District 370. The Ancestry index has them as "Bowrs" with "Bowers" as an alternate spelling:
Jairus Bowers 60
Sarah Bowers 51
Martha Bowers 20
All 3 are lodgers with a Harry Loy, his wife Anna Loy and Harry's M-in-L Helen Fox, b. 1858.
