Shirley,
After reviewing all of my research, I don't think this is the same family. Christian Bower, my great x 4 grandfather had a son that settled in Ohio, but no one in Indiana. Non of the names you mentioned show up in anything I have found. or are familiar. There were other Bower, and Bauer families in Lancaster and Union counties, as I have been in contact with a few of the relatives, in my search.
