In my family history I find a George Michael Bower that was born in 1738 in Germany and died in 1820 in Briar Creek Township, Columbia County, PA. He is the son of Johann Adam Bower b. 1715 in Jagsthausen, Wurtenburg, Germany. He was married to Johanna Marta Hill. Their children included a Jacob Bower.
