I am proposing as a THEORY, subject to correction by new information, the folloiwng family structure for James and Mary (Billingsley??) Bowen of Calvert County, Maryland.

1. JAMES5 BOWEN (JAMES4, CHARLES3, CHARLES2, DAVID1) was born Bet. 1745 - 1746 in Calvert County, Maryland, and died Bet. 1784 - 1800 in Calvert County, Maryland. He married MARY BILLINGSLEY Abt. 1766 in Calvert County, Maryland, daughter of SAMUEL BILLINGSLEY and MARY (??WALLER??). She was born May 1746 in Maryland, and died Bet. 1800 - 1820 in Calvert County, Maryland.
