I am looking for information for an Ann Cullum who was married to a Edmund Bowen on 21 Jun 1829 in Saint George, Gravesend, Kent, England. Ann Cullum was christened on 15 Apr 1804 in Chalk, Kent, England. She died in June 1840 and was buried on 28 Jun 1840 in Chalk, Kent, England. One of their children, Mary Anne Bowen was christened on 09 Nov 1834 in Chalk, Kent, England. After the death of Ann Cullum, Edmund Bowen married Mary Anne Austin/Austen in Chalk, Kent, England. One of their sons, Edmund Bowen was christened on 16 Aug 1843 in Chalk, Kent, England. I just received a copy of the entry of marriage for Mary Anne Bowen to John Millen on 25 March 1857 in Chatham, Kent, England. John Millen was a Private in the British Army and resided at the Chatham Barracks. Mary Anne Bowen was a Spinster and lived on High Street. The marriage entry states that her father was Edmund Bowen, a laborer. Mary Anne Bowen and John Millen lived in the East Indies from about 1860 to 1870 where four of their daughters were born. In 1871, they are living in Gravesend, Kent. In 1881, they are living in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Mary Anne Bowen and John Millen are buried in St. Michael's Cemtery in Toronto. Mary Anne Bowen and John Millen's daughter, Louisa Millen who is my great grandmother, was born in 1872 in England. She was married to William Goy in Toronto and they moved to Chicago, Illinois. William Goy died and she married Joseph Brown. They are buried in Mount Carmel Cemetery in Hillside, Illinois. Any information for Ann Cullum and Edmund Bowen would be appreciated.
