Bowen family in Arkansas and McNabb children
Posted by: V CRAIG TAYLOR (ID *****8706) Date: April 21, 2009 at 07:50:23

We are looking for information and contacts for a Bowen family in or around Delight Arkansas who took in the McNabb children when left there. I am a grandson. We were told that a Mr. Fred Bowen took the children. The children were sick and the oldest girl, Fanny died about 3 months after being left. A male child, Acey R, went to live with Fred Bowen's sister in Clark County. He was born in 1907 and would have been about 12 years old. Virginia "Jean" went to a Taylor family, born in Dec 24, 1909. Wilma born Aug 15, 1912 lived with a Charity Steed. If any one has information or possible leads to obtain information it would be appreciated. Thanks, Craig Taylor
