I've recently decided to research my ancestory. I have very little info and no idea where to start. I'm replying to your remark because my grandfathers name is Thomas Bowell and you stated that you had a lot of info on the Bowell's. I have no idea if I'm related to the people your researching. My grandfather was born in Carbondale, Pa on Nov 4,1933. His mother's name was Veronica. I know that his family came to the US from Canada and there is a relation to a Captain Joseph A. Potter and a Mackensie Bowell, who was the Canadian Prime minister in either 1896 or 1896. I thought that maybe we would be able to share any info we came across to aide one another. I would really apprecite any info you could give me to help me start my search.
