Derek, Sorry I have not gotten back. I am from Macon. About 20 years ago I bought this Bible from a friend of mine, who got it from a yard sale. I always wanted to find the family who it came from. I did talk to an elderly gentlman of the Bowdre surname who lives on Overlook in macon. He recalled hearing of Jack from his aunt but did not have any info on the decendents. This Bible is the family Bible of Albert and Annie Townsend Mix, Jack Sr. Married their daughter. My computor is down and that is why I am just now getting this message, I am using a friends now.
