Hi, Peter.

Florence Bouyea married Charles Votraw (Votra,
Vautrin-dit-Bienvenue spelling varies) in Canada. They were from ST Philippe (sp) outside of Montreal. They moved down to AuSable Forks around the 1840s and started the family there. I have no idea who her family is. That is what I am trying to establish. My mother, and her grandmother Delia Riel (Riley) (married to Jules Votraw, son of Florence Bouyea and Charles Votraw) used to talk about the Bouyeas in Plattsburg and the Bakery they had.
She always talked about them as cousins to her husband, Jules Votraw.

I wish I could find out more about Florence Bouyea Votraw.
Thanks for responding. Eileen Pizza.
