In the 1920 Census under Joseph "Brean" it lists Emerite (wife) and children - Harris, Wilson, Nelson, Florence, and Pershing(son). The names are misspelled, but in the original copy, the names and dates of birth match for the family. The 1930 census shows all except Harris (whom was probably married at the time) and Pershing (may have been deceased) as he was (1) year old in the 1920 census. It still shows Emerite, so I'm not sure about a Marie Guilbeau unless she came before Emerite, or Marie Emerite married a Guilbeau before Joseph as the earlier 1900 census shows her being married for (2) years, no children, and living with her parents and going by the name Bourgeois. The 1910 Census shows Marie, which could be Emerite still.
