Hi Greg.
From the information I have, Edmée Lejeune is her full name. She was born in France c. 1623, and died betwwen 1650-1718. Her father was Pierre Lejeune. Her mother's name is unknown.
In this case Lejeune is the surname and does not mean "La jeune", a distinction between older and younger. I have friends called Lejeune.
