I have several Aurora Creely's. One is Aurora-Anne born Sept 13 1798 and died June 2 1835. She married Joseph-Amable Menard (dit St-Onge) Nov 15 1813 at Old Cathedral, St. Louis Mo. Aurora-Anne's parents were JB Crely III and Marie Eliz. Bienvenu dit Delisle.
Then I have Aurora Creely (don't know her middle name) born Feb 2 1816 Florissant, died or buried Aug 3 1876, St Ferdinands Cemetery. She was Married to Louis-Noel Bourque/Bourg/Burke May 3 1831 at St. Louis, Mo. I have this Aurora's parents as Francois Crelis/Creely and Josette Lorrain
One of these women, haven't proven which one, was also married to Jean Baptist 'Solomon' Chaput, I think St. Louis people spell it Chappie etc. The Marriage date for Chaput to one of these Aurora's is Nov 12 1840. Well now looking at my notes, It can't be Aurora Annie, if she died in 1835.
Another Aurora Creely born Oct 10 1824 (d/o Michel Creely and Angelique Ouimet) was married to Joseph Brisset/Brissante Jan 24 1844 at Florissant.
Then I have an infant Aurora Creely born Nov 3 1851 and died the next day. She was a triplett. Parents were Antoine Crelis/Creely and Felicite Claire LeFebvre.
None of this is carved in stone, but I have done considerable research on it, but records can also be wrong.
I am more descended from JB Creely II and Angelique Pilet dit LaSonde. then their son Jerome/Gerome ( brother to JB III) Jerome was married to Therese (dit Chapeau) LeFebvre.
Among their children was Francois I. Crely/Creely who married Marie Eugenie Alvarez (d/o Eugenio Alvarez, military store keeper for the King of Spain in St. Louis, MO- His home still stands in Florissant.) So they had a daughter Julie Zoe Creely, who married Joseph Beauchamp of Quebec. Julie is not much known about in St. Louis, as she was baptised in Vincennes IN. where her sibling were baptised in St. Louis. She was raised in St Louis, then shortly after her marriage, they went to Quebec and lived until about 1860, when they came back to St. Louis with their 4 daughters. I assume, they made a trip to Vincennes to visit Lefebvre grandparents or something and Julie was baptised there.
Do you have anything on the John Piant/Payant who married Marie Louisa Watts? I can't seem to find anything on who Watts parents were? There was also a Louisa Watts married to a Solomon Chaput. Cant figure out if they are the same or related etc.
