Dear Wayne,
Your pictures and genealogy report are wonderful. I too am a descendant Of Antoine Bourg and Antoinette Landry through their son Bernard Bourg and Francoise Brun The grand daughter of Antoine married Joseph Dugas. From there we go to a marriage with Perpetua Dugas and Jean Louis Boudraux and then on to the Carrets and eventually my great great grandmother Marie Elodie Daunis.
I could feel the family connection from your comments much as I did on my first trip to Thibodaux, LA.
Thank you so much for sharing. I plan to forward this website to my daughter who lives in Sherborn, MA. She actually spent a year studying in Paris. I wish she had had this information at that time!
