I am researching my family, as we all are. My ancestors came to Michigan(mainly Escanaba)from Canada, when is not yet known. However, I'm looking for anyone who would know about my family line. My father's name is
Wayne Delor Brassaw (6/26/35 to 9/18/87) m. Patricia Eagan; his father, Delore Henry Brassaw (1/17/14 to 6-16-02)m. Edith Ida Young; and finally his father was Henry Delore Brassaw (? to ?) m. Hazel Derocher. I beleive that Brassaw is a derivative of Bourassa. I belive this to be true because I discovered a message from a Pierre Bourassa asking about my mother and father using the Brassaw name. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
