Hi, Laura.
Found following potential info on "your" Blanche Bourassa:
Her parents: Augustin - not Auguste (b. Jan 26/1827, d. May 22/1900) and Victoria Vallieres (b. Sep./1856, d. Apr. 6/1945); they married in Trois-Rivieres (Quebec) around 1872. Reason for age gap: this was Augustin's second marriage.
Marie Blanche was born of this union Dec. 26/1892. She had 12 siblings, not counting still-born twins. She married Joseph Arthur Aug. 28/1911 in St. Sauveur. They had 5 children.
Quite the prolific family - particularly since Augustin had 9 other children of his first marriage!

Fernand has made the Bourassa family tree his calling. While I can't find certification for the above info on the Web site I interrogated (www.genealogie.org), I trust Fernand to enter only solid information on his database.
