Hi, Dinah.
Truth be told, this is a bit of a stretch.
My father-in-law Arthur Bourassa was born in Lowell, Mass. The family returned to Quebec when he was less than a year old. Among those born before Arthur was a William (born circa 1900).
When asked about him, the few Bourassas of that family still alive would invariably say "Willie returned to the U.S. when he was young, and we never heard from him again."
That's all I have. If you know William's parents' name, let me know; perhaps I could get more on Willie from the last surviving Bourassa of that family of 19.
Either way, I'd really appreciate your feedback.
