I am not sure if this helps, but my grandfather was Joseph Bourassa, and he was born in October, 1911. He had a family member named Alphonse but I am not sure of the relation, might have been his uncle. Either he or my grandmother were born in Trois Rivieres. If it does appear to be a relation, I can add that his father's name was Hercule Bourassa, who married Alice Roy. Joseph had a brother named Lucien, and another brother that became a priest. I have old photos and other information if it seems to be what you need.
