Fernand: Thank you so much for responding so quickly. I feel so foolish realizing that this message board was so close and I never thought to check it out. Yes in response to your remark about all the names, I am sure there must be many, many because I have eight binders full of hand written, not including the info I learned I could store in the computer. When I started on this journey, I did not even know how to operate a computer. That is the reason I got lost on websites and could not find them again. At first I did not even have my own computer, I went to the Family Education once a week. LOL Now that I think about it I was always lost could never find the same site. I started collecting information on Marie Perrette Valley in December because I was confident that Daniel, my husband's family was connected to the Jean Bourassa that she married. The family was just getting so large, I did not know which line to follow. I also found that Jean Bourassa b) May16, 1700 Lauzon, Quebec m: Nov 13 1724 Levis Quebec Marie Catherine Rousseau b) 1691 Quebec. My husband's father Gerard Vallieres b) 1926 m: Sept 4, 1948 Marie Parmelia Carmel Rousseau b)1927. The Bourassa line and the Samson line also joined. It seems to be a small world when we view it from the historical side. I appreciate all of the work that you have put into your research, I remember being so impressed that you were able to find information on Azilda quickly. There are so many Bourassa's, I don't know which of these families is largest. They all had many children,I do know that they were all important in the development of our country. Thank you again for sharing your information, if you could direct me to which of Perrette and Jean's child I should research I would appreciate it very much.
