The closest in the Bourassa Tree is a Melanie Celine Bourassa born 25 of January 1853 in St-Philippe, near the USA border east of Montreal, Quebec. Melanie was in the middle of 15 children born to Jean-Julien Bourassa and Sophie Helene Hebert married on 5 July 1847 in St-Philippe, QC.

If you can provide me with names of some of her siblings, we could find out if the above was your Melanie.
