George V. Bourassa

I am descended from George V. Bourassa, son of Louis & Mary Bois/Chickanogekwe. The register from St Anne's on Mackinac Island show two George Vincents from these parents. One born in 1831 and another born in 1833. It would appear that the first George V. may have died, although I have seen postings that indicate the roles from the treaty of 1836 show a George V. living in this household who reported as 5 in 1836. Secondly, I have seen various reports of marriages of a George V. to Elizabeth Lancour, Agatha Lancour, and Madeline Robinson. All of these marriages were said to take place in 1854. The 1870 census shows his wife to be Agatha. Can anyone shed some light on the 'two George V.'s' or the multiple marriages? My grandfather was Francis 'Frank' Moses Bourissau, his father and mother were Louis George Bourassaw and Josephine, nee Paquin. On the 1910 census for Leelanau County Louis George is listed under the name Bousawa. Both my grandfather Frank, and his father Louis George were lighthousekeepers on S. Fox Island.
