I don't know whether you're still looking for this data, but you can get all you will want:

On FamilyTreeMaker, there is a site maintained by Angus Bonnycastle called The Bonnycastle project. It has the whole Bonnycastle and Boulton family trees from the 1600's - the 2 families merged when the daughter of Charles Arkoll Boulton married Angus Lorne Bonnycastle

Alternatively, if for some reason you can't get in, E-mail me directly, and I will E-mail you a Boulton family tree going right up to the Bonnycastles - and the subsequent Bonnycastle tree - in the form of Excel files
