Sorry I confused you with the info from the 1880 Census. You know that it lists each person's birthplace & the birthplaces of their parents. Henry stated he had been born in NY, father in NY, and mother in Germany. Yes, Catherine could very well have been a neice or granddaughter. The dates I mentioned are month/day/year. I will e-mail you the info on Henry's family tomorrow.
