I'm a bit perplexed myself sometimes!!For people reading this thread, I think what she had trouble with is my assembly of the family pre-Revolution which seems to disagree with some of the oral tradition like the Boston Tea Party.Considering that all the names that I have been provided and that I have researched lived in New Jersey, I find the Boston Tea Party story a bit hard to believe.I still believe that the family is a single family in the 1730-1758 period, but its movement is difficult to understand.I have found what appears to be an Andrew Boultinghouse (not spelled that way, but that's not news!) in the Trenton area who might indicate a second family. There was a Boultinghouse family living in Trenton until relatively recent times (1800's) but I have found very little info on them and they don't seem to have any living descendants.Something new I found a couple of weeks ago is that the John Boultenhouse who filed for Rev War pension in 1820 at Miami Co. Ohio was probably a son of George Boultenhouse and is not the same man as John Boultinghouse who lived in Monmouth Co NJ during the Rev.
