I have no family connection to the Bouldins. I am, however, doing research into the Bouldin homestead & cemetery here in Austin. I would like to find any Bouldin family members who may have family papers or other information re: the plantation home on Milton Street in Austin, TX. A school is there now but there are indications that a family cemetery was also on the site.
James Bouldin migrated to Texas in 1853 with his wife Malinda & several children after his daughter Ann and her husband Alexander Terrell moved here. James's oldest son James E. Jr., stayed behind in MO with his wife Minnie and family. Any info on the Texas end would be helpful. Thank you.
