I've actually found another piece of information. Oscar Avila Boulay names his parents in his marriage certificate. They are: E. Boulay and Antoinette Leveque. Of course, nothing is easy! An initial instead of a first name doesn't help a lot, but it is progress. Anyone have an E. BOULAY or ANTOINETTE LEVEQUE in their lines?
