Alright, I have contacted Andre to see if he could find anything, but maybe if I post here someone else will have some information for me.
Years ago my grandma posted here: Ruth Ireland " I am looking for ancestors of Robert Albert Boulanger born July 16 1935, Whitemouth, Manitoba.Fathers name was Alex Boulanger, mothers name was Hattie."
Hattie was residing at one point in Saskatchewan with Alex.
Robert may have been born: Albert Robert and later changed his name as a teen or young man.
Robert served in the military in canada.
Robert died in 1982 and the only tie to that family was his mother who was Hattie, who was rumored to be moving back to Ontario.
Alexander and Hattie were supposedly born in the Nippissing area of Ontario.
Hattie's maiden name was Davis. She is of Irish decent.
Alex is of French decent ( not sure if there is native here or not, but it is rumored or whispered in the family).
Any information on these people would be appreciated. I am Robert aka Bob's grand daughter and would love to have some history on my family to pass on to my own children.
I have been searching this out since 2000 independantly ( with help from Ruth, my grandma, who was married to Robert).
