Sorry I havn't looked at this board in a long time. The original Bushner (Boughner)was Josh Bushner. He had a large family and most of them immigrated to the colonies in the 1700s. First was Alexander, there was a Mathias in 1731 (father of Danial) and Johnne Martin in 1753. The John Martin that was with the Norththumberland rangers in the Rev War was a son of Danial. So was Peter, my ancester.
John Martin received a land grant in kentucky for his service in the war but gave or sold it to Peter who moved there and continued a large descendency. In all probability Johnne Martin and Mathias were brothers.
