Here are couple of people working on the same lineage: http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=Search&includedb=&lang=en&ti=&surname=bougher&stype=Exact&given=andrew&bplace=&byear=&brange=0&dplace=&dyear=&drange=0&mplace=&myear=&mrange=0&father=&mother=&spouse=jen*&skipdb=&period=All&submit.x=Search I suggest getting Andrew's death certificate from the PA Dept of Health. It should indicate who his parents were. His obituary might have the data too as well as mention surviving siblings. The 1900 census indicates Andrew and Jennie were married 4 years. Also from this census entry it is obvious both were previously married. Their marriage record may have data on their parents and how and when their previous marriages ended. I found the 1887 marriage of an Andrew Bougher and Magdelene Long in the index of Cambria County marriages: http://www.camgenpa.com/courthouse/marriage/B001.html It too may have data on their parents. The question is which county did Andrew and Jennie get their marriage license. I would start with the Blair County Register of Wills Office. For Andrew's obit I suggest Altoona Area Public Library, Blair County Historical Society, and perhaps Altoona Family History Center to see if they can help you. BTW Andrew and family are indexed under the spelling of Bouglas in the 1900 census of Altoona. The family does include a son Leonard D., born March 1900. Notify Administrator about this message?
