Hi Celese,
As further proof that Tertullien and Emelie were not the parents of Auguste, they were listed as the parents of Edouard Boudreaux, born in Thibodaux on 25 Jan 1835, two months previous to Auguste's birth in March. So it would be highly unlikely that they were his parents also.
