Although I have not discovered this answer for certain, it seems to me that only three Annes could possibly have beenthe wife of Maximin Boudreau.
1) Ann, daughter of Paul & Marguerite (Boudreau) Gautreau, baptized at Memramcook on 14 Dec 1834.
2) Anne, daughter of Simon & Marguerite (Cormier) Gautreau, baptized at Memramcook 5 Feb 1834.
3) Anne, daughter of Laurent & Séraphine (LeBlanc) Gautreau, baptized at Memramcook on 3 Oct 1833.
Which am I leaning most in favor toward?
Anne #2, daughter of Simon and Marguerite, because her paternal grandmother was Anne Babin, after whom she was probably named.Maximin Boudreau's wife was buried at Memramcook on 9 May 1865.I have no age to go with that record, but if there is one, it would most probably bring one back to1833-1834 as a year of birth.Maxmin and Anne had only five children:
Olive, Julie, Rosalie, Obeline and a son,Alphée. Guessing she died about 31 years of age is not out of the realm of possibility here.
Maximin remarried Flavie LeBlanc, daughter of David, the following February 1866.
