Hi Cousins

To add to the story. One of Michels grand Kids, Jean Baptiste and great Grandkids Antoine, were deported after fall of Louisburg. (Through Charles.)

Antoine's son (born in France) Etienne was among those who moved to Louisiana, with the aid of Spain. (The "x" was added there.)

Etienne built Laurel Valley Plantation, near Thibodaux. Laurel Valley is now a sub division of the Jean Lafite National Park in the US. A reminder of the Acadians and the Boudreaux/Boudreau/Boudrot family.

I also can bore folks with the family history.

Good hunting.

Dan Boudreaux
