How I did that so quick? I have here over thirty-five years of Boudreau records personally compiled from several regions of Canada and the United States. I know a great deal about many of the branches of our far-flung family. Incidentally, your grandfather was the second oldest of eleven children, spread out over three marriages of your great-grandfather, Charles Boudreau. From his first marriage to Barbara Burke (d New Waterford in 1918): John Joe (1912), John (or as you said, Joseph) Dan (1914-your grandfather), Robert Charles (1914) and Michael Patrick (circa 1916-1917); from his second marriage too Caroline Chiasson; Daniel Charles (1924), Mary Isabelle (1925), and Patrick Lubin (1927); from his third marriage to Anita Landry: Herman (1936), Mary Ann Sheila (1937), Mary Irene (1938) & Raymond Martin (1941). Regarding your LeHuédé lineage, you should contact Jean Doris LeBlanc or Charlie Dan Roach at Les Trois Pignons in Cheticamp, NS who will be able to provide you with more info on that side of the family. You may reach them at the following e-mail address, and tell them I recommended you: genealogie.cheticamp@lestroispignons.com They are both well-versed in the genealogy of the residents of Cheticamp and environs, and would be willing to find information for you. I was fortunate to have been in contact over the years with another of their colleagues, Edmond Burns, who I mentioned previously passed away this past year. It is thanks to him that I know what I know regarding the Cheticamp branch of the Boudreau family and where they went. Best of luck to you in continuing your research on the family. Using what I provided you can now continue down from your grandfather, your dad, aunts, uncles, your immediate family and cousins. Sincerely, Dennis Notify Administrator about this message?
