Thankyou both - the marriages and death info I have been using - it seems that Joseph Guertin used Gokey as his name for the 1850 Census and the marriage must have been a rehabilitation based on the ages of children. I have been researching every family member and reading through endless quebec vitals I have not researched the dit Beauchemin line although I have seen some deathrecords from Boucherville for this petit family. I am really trying to identify Andre Trombly although there is also Edward Trombly who seems to have married Sophie Petit before Andre as her eldest child Mary Rose b 1835 lists Edward as father but Andre is father to her younger bro Isaac b 1845. So The Boudreau's are just one of the roads that may lead me to a clue about who this family really was. I have some suspicions do to names and the timeing as they might relate to the Patiotes Rebllion but need to get at transcrips of trials. Thanks again for your time
