Hi again,

Elaine posted the following:

Armidas Frederick Boudreau, 22, b:Dunham P Q,

p: Edmon / Eleonard [Dovignan]

p= parents: Edmond & Eleonore Davignon (That's close enough for me!)

Like I said, the database link I sent you was submitted by someone who probably did NOT know ALL the names of the other brothers and sisters of Edmond and Eleonore's family, so they only submitted the one from which they descended, but nonetheless, that person is your cousin, and the daughter of that marriage listed there was the sister of your grandfather. I repeat, she was NOT the only child of that marriage. You and your immediate family descend from other brothers and sisters, one of whom was Armidas, your grandfather. I'm sure we was not an only child. Maybe the rest of the family are in Vermont, but he went to Massachusetts where he married before returning to Vermont to live.

I'm pretty (in fact, absolutely) sure what I sent is definitely your direct line back to our ancestor Michel Boudreau from your great-grandfather, Edmond Boudreau. That's all I have to say on the subject.

Best regards, Dennis
