First I apologize for my impatience. My father's sister is dying right now & father is 81 yrs. and had four major surgeries in last four years & just hit me I waited too long to ask his sister questions (mind is going). She is 95 yrs. My grandfather Amidas died after the census in 1930 my Dad was 2 yrs. old. My father was left on a farm with Burns when he was 7 yrs. so I have been going on his memory (which going way back is very good right now). All other siblings are dead. Crazy things & lots of hidden info in his family so my real interest was to find my grandparents farm in Fletcher & grandfathers grave (know in Cambridge) then I was at this time most interested in Aunts, Uncle's & cousins in VT.
I appreciate what you did but don't believe the marriage you posted is correct? Edmond married & had only one daughter who would not have children w/last name Boudreau, right? Then looking at the info Elaine posted - Armida Fideria Boudreau is my grandfather and also the marriage of Armidas to Evelina is correct. But note the spelling of Armidas parents is different than the link you sent me. Also Armidas (also spelled Armida in VT census 1920&1930) he had three brothers.
Am I saying this all clear?
I believe I can dig from the info Elaine sent & see what I can find. I was way off & troubled because I assumed Amidas parents came from Canada right into VT not MA.
Also along the way some of my Dad's sister changed their names slightly for various reasons. Also Evelina - Armidas wife went for many years by the name Evelyn (changed right after husband died in 1930) then changed it back to Evelina at the end of her life. I know where she is buried in Brattleboro, VT.
Sincerely . . . Wendi
