Alice's grandparents names: Jacques Boudreau & Marie Guitard are a dead giveaway that her Boudreaus come from Northern New Brunswick (probably Bathurst/Petit-Rocher area). Have you tried looking for info at Rootsweb.com? or the 1901 and 1911 censuses of Canada at automatedgenealogy.com, then the 1881 census at familysearch.org?
These are good starting points. Dennis
