Dennis thanks for all of the info. I am feeling uncomfortable linking Lena to any family at this point. I went Census hopping yesterday, looking in Highgate, Franklin, Vermont 1900 with no result. But in the 1920 census it has her married to John Cooper and says that she and her parents were born in Vermont. Our copy of the 1910 census is not readable. I am hoping to find a local copy of the micro fiche to see if it can shed some light on her family. I may also look in some other towns in Franklin County in the 1900 census to see if I can find her. Do you know of any place online that I can get this information without spending money for it? Thanks
