Hi Nanci,
Thank-you ever so much for your information, have kept all the info and dates you have given me. Dennis Boudreau has been helping me greatly, as well. Tried to figure out if Hilaire Leon, son of Victor, was actually Elias, but you have now more or less confirmed that for us. I was pretty sure Elias was my great-great-grandfather, I just wanted some more solid proof. Thank-you
That is so interesting about your grand-ma naming her son Victor Edward. She sounds like she must have been quite the lady. She must have liked cats, she's holding one in the photo I have of her. I wish I could have met her. I would love to have heard some of her stories, especially about Elias and why she disliked him so.
Sent you an email, but had some trouble with it going through, so I'm not sure if you received it or not. Would love to hear some family stories, as I'm going to make a small book up. Would be interested in the whole story behind how that child died by fire, if you know any more details. At the end of the month I will be off line for a couple weeks as I'm moving. Will be up around the french shore of NS. By mid-November I should be back on line, so feel free to email me directly with anymore info or stories. Thank-you and have a great day!! Teresa
