Just wanted to share with you that this line contains an error:
From Adjuteur back to Charles (husband of Madeleine Clouatre is correct)
However, Charles' parents wwere NOT François and Marguerite Pitre. This has been disproven. His parents were:
Claude s/o Claude & Anne-Marie Thibodeau (your 2nd generation)
and his wife, Catherine Hébert d/o Jean & Marie-Anne Doucet
m Grand-Pré 1706
They had a large family, of which Charles was one of the youngest. This info from Stephen White's Dictionnaire.
So eliminate your 3rd and 4th generations.
Also Charles married Rose Belanger on 19 Jan 1795 at L'Acadie, QC.

PS Adjuteur by the way was the brother of Joseph-Hector married to Elisabeth Sarreault, who also settled in Nebraska.
