Hi Linda, The only info I could find was Henri Bouchard s/o Louis Bouchard & Marie Vachon married on July 23,1895 in Burlington,VT to Anna Anne Robert d/o Charles Robert & Marie Paul.The only child listed is Elmer Bouchard m. June 2,1919 in Burlington,VT to Catherine Guimond.Your grandfather Howard is not listed.It is kind of odd that there is no other info about them.Do you have a copy of Henri & Anna's marriage record ? It might list the parents info. Burlington's records are very well kept. Let me know if you find out any other info.You could also try the DROUIN books.
