I have that Joseph Israel Bouchard, son of Charles and Anastasie Blanchett, was born in 1837 in Rivierre Ouelle, Quebec, died in 1918 in Fort Kent, Maine.
He married 1)Modeste Pelletier 13 Aug 1860 in Frenchville, Maine, and 2) Sophie Duboise nov. 8, 1863 in Frenchville, Maine and they had 7 sons, one named William b. 1870 and died before 1970
