I did some checking. There were two Francois Bouchards married to Louises in the same timeframe. The 1881 Census that Lyna posted is not your family. Note Thade Bouchard age 65. This would be that family:

Lyna's info about Francois Bouchard and Marie-Louise Hamel would seem to be correct as that couple had a daughter named Flore whom you listed as a sibling of your Ameride/Meride:
