I have a Charles Guillaume BOUC of the correct age. I believe I have him in Michigan in 1850 and 1860. Was he sent there for only a short time? This is not a huge family. How many Charles Guillaume Bouc's were born about 1795? Any other info? He had a wife, Isabelle Doré, and their family was in Sault Ste-Marie, Chippewa, Michigan for quite a bit with their children marrying there.
