I have an ancestor who married an Ella. Heartwell "Hardy" Bottoms his second wife was Ella ? don't have a maiden name. She married Hardy Bottoms after 1915. That is when his first wife died. Ella raised my grandfather Buford Houston Bottoms. As he was only 3 years old at the time of Mattie Ellen's (my paternal Grandmother) death. She and Hardy had a child named Ina I believe.
